"One Eye"
"One Eye" is a community cat whose caretaker was concerned for him for weeks. He was clearly suffering from several medical conditions, and only after getting help from another trapper was she able to get him and take him to the vet. He is very anemic and is receiving treatment for parasites. Once he is strong enough his eye will be evaluated for next steps.
02
"Bubbles"
Bubbles was suffering from an injured leg when she ended up in a large shelter. Thankfully a rescue has taken her in and thanks to your support ACN has covered her X-rays and bandages so that her leg will heal! See more pictures here!
03
"Mahomes"
Thank you to Doberman Rescue League for helping sweet and scared Mahomes! After showing up at a South Florida shelter with severe injuries to his hind leg, this sweet Doberman needed immediate medical care. The damage to his leg was so extensive he had to have it amputated. We can’t wait to see how he heals and learns that there are wonderful people in this world!
04
"Oscar"
This handsome Macaw is now getting the care he needs thanks to the wonderful people at Bird Lovers Club! Oscar has had a bit of a rough time lately. We are so excited to see how he thrives!
05
"Titi"
Titi was abandoned when her family moved away. Alone and confused, she was fortunate enough to find rescue. This grant went to help get her urgent dental and care so that she could start a new life after adoption! We hope you never feel alone again, Tiny Titi!!!
06
"Blinky"
Blinky was found living on the streets with a severely injured eye. Other than the hurt eye, she is healthy and sweet, so her ACN grant went to help pay for the enucleation surgery and get her ready to find a loving furrever home!
07
"Samantha"
Samantha is a Blue and Gold Macaw who was surrendered to a bird rescue with what appears to be a mass in her crop area. Her ACN grant will help with the urgent medical care she needs to address the mass and get her back healthy so she can be placed in a loving home!
